Clients may cancel their service subscriptions at any time by contacting our support team.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the service subscription.
Clients wishing to cancel a project contract must provide written notice to TickTech.in.
Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply to cover any work already completed or resources allocated.
